Apply a tablespoon of polish to wet skin in the shower.
Using hands, scrub in a circular motion. Leave on skin for 1-2 minutes and then rinse off.

For best results, use 2-3x per week.

Great for shoulders, back, elbows, knees or anywhere and everywhere that needs a good scrub.
